Directions

By car (red route)
After leaving the A4 highway at the Bergamo exit, follow the signs to Alzano Lombardo - Valle Seriana which will guide you to the Bergamo-Clusone provincial freeway 35.
Drive north till the Alzano Lombardo/Villa di Serio exit, and at the roundabout take the first exit to the right to Alzano Lombardo. Then, on the following roundabout take the first exit and keep driving towards Alzano Lombardo, on Via Piave. At yet the next roundabout, take the second exit and drive on Via IV Novembre which takes you to Piazza Garibaldi via a moderate upward slope. Once in the Piazza turn right on via Mazzini and drive upwards until you reach Piazza Italia where the Museum “St. Martin” is located. Since it is not possible to park in the Piazza itself (only passenger loading/downloading is allowed), please keep driving for about 100mts along the right side of Piazza Italia, flanking the Basilica, until Via Roma is reached. There you’ll find parking space for cars and a bus parking slot reserved for the visitors of the Museum.

By light rail (TEB) (blue route)
Take the light rail “Tram delle Valli - TEB” (route “T1”) and get off at the Alzano Centro train stop. Outside the rail station, walk on Via Ribolla to reach Piazza Garibaldi. Then proceed on to Via Mazzini (the second road on your right) and walk straight upwards to get to Piazza Italia, where the Museum “St. Martin” is located on the left side of the Basilica.
